Style Steals: Splurge vs. Steal {Wedding Bands}

We hope you and yours had a very Merry Christmas. We are spending some time with family in California and will head back to Houston in a couple of days. Some much needed rest and relaxation is on our itinerary. We introduced a new segment called splurge vs. steal last week. You guys enjoyed it so much, we are back today with another splurge vs. steal. Last time, we featured wedding dresses and today, we are featuring wedding bands.

Shopping for our wedding bands was surprisingly a lot of fun. The hubs and I headed to the jeweler, and I got to try on allll the pretty jewelry. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon. Have you thought about what type of wedding band you might want? Do you want it to match your engagement ring exactly – or do you want one that stand out a bit? Let’s get straight to our splurge vs. steal of the day:

This David Yurman single row wedding band is gorgeous. It’s a platinum, 0.42 total carat weight, with pave diamonds, and we think this style is absolutely timeless. It runs $2,950.

We can’t find a single thing we don’t like about this wedding band. It definitely worth the splurge if you decide you want to go for it. However, we found something similar, and at a lower price.

This Suzy Levian eternity band is .5 total carat weight. The round-cut diamonds go all the way around this band. It is a 14k white gold beauty. It’s a steal at $1,014. Bonus: you get an extra 10% with code: SDFLT2.

Happy Shopping,
