Friday Favorites: Best Wedding Guides

Welcome back for Friday Favorites. Last Friday we talked about our favorite bridesmaid cards. This week we’ve been busy talking about some of our favorite fall wedding flowers, our top destination wedding venues and the five most expensive places in the U.S. to get hitched, and let’s not forget about some of our favorite wedding shoes.

Today we are rounding up some of our favorite guides to help you brides with the wedding planning. Let the fun begin!

  1. Erin Condren Wedding Planner.

I’ve shared how much I love Erin Condren’s Life Planner when I was planning my wedding. I fell.in.love. all over again. I used the heck out of that thing the entire time I was planning. It helped me keep work and life obligations straight, along with any wedding-related items. Well now, she has a Wedding Planner!!!!!! This wedding planner is everything. It comes with detailed monthly checklists, contact lists to keep track of your vendors, pages for your guest list – and even a seating arrangement. All of her fun little extras like the fun pens and sticky notes make this one of our favorite wedding guidebooks. Bonus: you can customize your planner with your name or initials!!!

  2. We love Kate Spade’s bridal planner.

It comes in a three-ring binder with pockets, so you can store important info that you need to keep on hand. We love that is has a detailed timeline in the form of a checklist so you don’t miss any of the major items you need to get finished before you head down the aisle. It isn’t bad on the eyes either.

  3. Fringe Studio’s Wedding Planner.

Ya’ll. This planner is so pretty. It’s gold, blush and pink with a vegan leather spiral. It has tabs for you to easily track the most important pieces of your wedding such as your guests, budget, honeymoon and bridal party.

  4. I also wanted to highlight some digital versions of planners.

Some of you might want to customize your guides accordingly – or even have the ability to print out as many of certain pages as you might want. This wedding guide comes from Etsy, which is one of our favorite places to find some great things for your wedding. This shop will send you the digital file – and you print it out. It has everything you could need: calendars, checklists, an address book, a place for notes, even tips on wedding etiquette. Even a photography checklist is included! Our favorite part about it: it comes in so many cute designs.

  5. When I first got engaged, I ran to Barnes and Noble and stocked up on bridal magazines.

I also perused the aisles for a planner. They had so many cute ones to choose from. We think this wedding planner is so cute. We love the colorful design and the simple layout.  It has fourteen sections, marked with tabbed opening pages making it easy to find whatever information you need. There is a pocket at the back. Sections include Planning, Budgets, Ceremony, Clothing, Beauty, Flowers, Reception, Guests, Stationery, Gifts, Photography, Transport and the Honeymoon.

Happy wedding planning,
